As a PhD in English, I have eight years of teaching experience in a classroom setting, at both secondary and post-secondary levels, and a further seven years experience in private and small group tutoring sessions serving students ranging in age from 5 to 55 years old.

A practiced educator, I am dedicated to employing my pedagogical expertise across the spectrum of language-based education setting and contexts. I have the training, knowledge, and practical experience to create and implement lessons and courses in English language use and mechanics, creative writing, research writing and composition, poetry and poetics, American literature, and language arts.
