Hi friends & co.,

My name is Elisa. I’m nearly finished with my PhD in poetry, I teach creative writing and college composition, have two adorable cats and strongly dislike eggs.

When I’m not poeming, I’m probably sitting at my desk planning poems, falling into sundry researching rabbit holes or pretending I’m capable of cryptography (spoiler: I’m really not).

Back to poems– you can find my most recent poems in the following glorious publications: Indiana Review, The JournalBlackbirdRHINO PoetryWest Branch and Boxcar Poetry Review, with new poems forthcoming in 2018 from such fabulous venues as Notre Dame Review and Crab Orchard Review, as well as the release of my chapbook, Snare, from Finishing Line Press.
